This is dubbed a movement class because movement is natural to everyone. everyone moves. Not everyone dances, however, everyone should. Dance I would say is just a coordinated effort to move your body a certain way and by that merit everyone can dance too. It is about intention. However, most feel like they cannot dance, which is why a class like this is so important. Learning how to move your body and learning how your body flows naturally is an integral part of dance and then pushing it to certain points after you have learned it is the next step. This is going to be the first of many workshops put on by Mungo at Studio Move.
